These purchase terms apply to the sale of nutritional products and nootropics. The purchase terms, together with your order confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement basis for the purchase. The purchase terms and other information on www.nortropics.com are only available in English.

Consumer purchases are regulated by, among other things:

If these terms of sale require written form, this is fulfilled by using letters, faxes, and emails. Binding purchase agreements cannot be entered into with minors without parental approval. Binding purchase agreements can only be entered into with individuals over 15 years of age. Credit purchases can only be made by individuals over 18 years of age.

Parties

The seller is Sarpsborg Helse og Trening AS, Tuneveien 20, 1710 Sarpsborg, org no. 927555816, contact@nortropics.com and is hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”.

The buyer is the person specified as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, or “yours”.

Order

Your order is binding when the order is registered in our ordering system. We are bound by your order as long as it corresponds to what is offered by us in our online store. When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send an order confirmation to you by email. Please carefully review the order confirmation when you receive it, and ensure that the order confirmation corresponds to the order.

Shipping is provided by DHL and Helthjem.

Information in the Online Store

We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors or printing mistakes, which means that we may not always be able to deliver according to the information provided in our online store.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the product is out of stock.

Prices

All prices include VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed when ordering and includes all expenses associated with the purchase such as shipping costs, packaging, etc.

We work hard to ensure that prices are correct at all times, but price errors may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right for errors. Additionally, we reserve the right for the product(s) you ordered to be out of stock. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact us at contact@nortropics.com.

You will be notified by email or phone if there is a price change that is significantly higher than the price stated at the time of ordering, and you will be asked for feedback on whether the order should still be processed. If there is a price change that is lower than the price stated at the time of ordering, you will not be notified until the order is delivered/received.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume according to the applicable rates of the supplier.

Payment

Purchases in the online store can be made by, Google Pay, Paypal, card payment or Vipps.

With card payment, the purchase is paid in advance using Visa or Mastercard. When using a credit card, the purchase amount will be reserved on the card at the time of ordering. The amount will be charged when the item is picked for dispatch. Vipps payment is made by following the instructions in the Vipps app.

Delivery and Delays

Delivery of the products will be made in the manner, at the place, and at the time specified in the order confirmation. We are responsible for the products until they are received by you, i.e., when you have received the products in your possession.

If delivery of the products is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we become aware of it, along with information on when delivery can be expected, or if the product(s) are out of stock.

Depending on the nature of the products and the length of the delay, you may, under certain circumstances, withhold the purchase amount, demand delivery, claim compensation, or cancel the agreement. In cases where you as a customer cancel the purchase due to delayed delivery, the refund will be made within 14 days.

Examination of the Products

After receiving the products, you must, as soon as possible, examine whether the delivery corresponds to the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether there are any defects or deficiencies in the products.

Your Rights in Case of Defects and Deficiencies (Complaints)

If the products have defects or deficiencies when you receive them, you may, under the circumstances, demand correction of the defect, re-delivery, price reduction, compensation, or cancellation of the purchase.

Notification of defects and deficiencies in the products can be communicated to us verbally or in writing. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect or deficiency. However, you always have a two-month complaint deadline. For evidential reasons, we recommend that complaints be sent to us in writing.

We will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing.

Return

As all of Nortropics products are items related to health care and hygiene, the items are excluded from the right of withdrawl.
There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies, for example, to cosmetic products such as lipstick, health food products, and underwear.
